Spacious flat with 1 double bed and separate shower room. Curved stairway leading up to the apartment with a large open plan living room and kitchen area. Free wifi, 42" Smart TV, well equipped kitchen and complementary tea, coffee, biscuits. Great views over Buxton, green space at the back. Located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk into town. Off road shared parking at the front and plenty of on street parking at the back. The flat may not be suitable for infants re open staircase.

Set in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands on a country small holding. A perfect rural escape with walks on the doorstep and just a few miles from the market town of Leek. The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.
