Discover this peaceful waterside retreat, accessible only by boat. A complimentary 5-minute boat transfer from the parking area is included. We will personally welcome you, accompany you to the cabin, and give a brief introduction to the accommodation, the boat, and the surrounding area. We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Our amazing Dutch lake house in a quiet village 15 km from Amsterdam is perfectly placed for a city meets nature stay, with a great garden overlooking the water and plenty to appeal to traveling families. It’s a relaxing place to stay – swim, sup, sail directly from the garden – with the cities Amsterdam and Utrecht just around the corner. The lake can be explored by boat, taking you to small beaches, while the village and neighborhood can be explored by (e-)bikes provided by the owner.

Amsterdam is slechts 30 minuten rijden. Het huis staat vooraan op een vakantiepark waar van de faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt kan worden zoals tennisbaan, kinderbadje en een heerlijke pizzeria. Let op: De trap naar de 2de verdieping is enigszins stijl. Minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Het is een vrijstaand huis met een grote living, een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken en op de verdieping een grote loft met bedden voor in totaal 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Er is een pellet kachel voor gezellige warmte en een terras direct aan het gastenverblijf. Er is verder aan de rivier een overdekt terras met buitenkeuken waar het fijn zitten is. Ook op koude dagen door de glazen schuifpuien.

De ruime steiger met overkapping is een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het uitzicht over het water. Ook in het centrum van Breukelen is genoeg te beleven zoals diverse winkels, supermarkten en restaurants.
