The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

Cinnamon Annex

The modern space includes a king-size bed, workspace, smart TV and kitchenette with living space on the ground floor. The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

Welcome .We provide a home from home environment in an ideal location . We are located on the main bus route into Liverpool and between 2 train stations with quick access into Liverpool and Manchester. You will have private entrance to the property with parking available if needed. So whether you are working near by, visiting friends or family, supporting your favourite team or Theatre show we will be sure to make you feel right at home. We will be near enough to help you if you need us .

Cosy One-Bedroom Bungalow

One-bedroom cosy bungalow with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and a bed settee that makes into a small double for up to 2 extra guests. Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Twin Room alternative on request: Relax in this charming sandstone cottage with it's gothic-style windows and carvings. Underfloor heating downstairs and a cosy log burner will keep you warm in winter as you watch the hares, pheasants and other wildlife that roam the grounds daily. With far-reaching countryside views, yet just a short drive from a choice of beaches, fashionable restaurants, bars and a host of sports and amenities, it's also ideal for visiting Liverpool, Chester and N. Wales.

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x

One Bedroom Barn Conversion

Set in a peaceful, exclusive semi rural location but still in extremely close proximity to the local motorway networks. This unique property is hidden away behind an electric gated entrance with three designated off road parking spaces. However, at present there is only parking available for 1-2 vehicles (parked behind one another) but additional off road parking can be arranged within the same courtyard, if required but notice would be required for this to be arranged.
