Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

We are well situated for beautiful Northumberland coastal areas, and the border country. Not too far from historical Durham City and only 20mins fromNewcastles shops and restaurants. Newcastle Airport is 20mins away.

Eight minutes walk to Regents Centre metro taking you into town in fifteen minutes and to the airport in half an hour. Two minutes from Gosforth High street with its many bars and restaurants. A stroll to Gosforth park. This self contained one bedroom converted space with en suite has separate access and has been decorated to a high standard. Desk, WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities make it an ideal space for a couple. Street parking is free.

This self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting a large double bedroom, a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Self contained Pied a Terre in Leafy Jesmond

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. Parking is available and there is easy access to motorways both north and south.
