Sunflower Cottage

Our dog friendly cottage has a large kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and plenty of storage. The kitchen has a microwave and bench top oven. We are situated in a quiet street within a 10–15-minute walk to the CBD and New World supermarket. The cottage is also a 5-minute walk away from our picturesque riverside Warren Cole Walkway. The cottage is situated at the back of our house but separated by a large deck. Parking is right outside your door for convenience.

You will be surrounded by fabulous fishing, walking and cycling opportunities. The apartment features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with multiple channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a terrace with sea views. The property has an outdoor dining area. There is excellent Starlink Wifi.

Ohope Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The kitchen includes crockery, cutlery, plenty of wine glasses, tea and coffee, a microwave, dishwasher and a portable induction hob for simple meals. The apartment is part of a split dwelling sitting beneath the main house and has its own private entrance, dedicated access, and no shared internal areas. It is peaceful and private, and guests will not be disturbed. The bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens.

We have one modern fully self contained apartment in Coastlands, Whakatane, we live above apartment which is at rear on ground floor. Only 400 metres walk to main beach access, good fishing with Surfcasting or Kontiki fishing or maybe take a stroll or relax and enjoy this lovely beach. 7 minutes drive to shopping, supermarket. 'Motuhora Rise' Retreat is nestled in the beautiful native bush with abundant bird life including the Kiwi. You'll love this peaceful and private 'retreat' environment. It is only a 7 minute bush walk to the town and a 5 minute drive to Ohope Beach (New Zealand's most loved beach) which is a safe swimming and surf beach.
