The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

Our studio apartment is perfect for a business trip or getaway. Located on 9 acres in a quiet wooded setting. It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. The studio is located above a garage with a separate entrance. It offers a king size bed, gas fireplace, smart TV, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, separate desk/work area and washer/dryer with starter amounts of laundry detergent.

Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, holiday travel or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

The Cottage in the Cove is a charming 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on Lake Norman. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

Starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher tablets, washer tablets and coffee are provided.

Aspen Street Guesthouse Cottage

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4. Space includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a double size sofa bed, bath with tub/shower and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes. The guest house also has a TV with cable and other streaming services available.
