Perrivale House guest cottage is the perfect place to relax in the beautiful coastal town of Exmouth. Guests have a private entrance, a secure parking space and a delightful well tended garden, ideal for morning coffee. Welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, towels, linen, fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

Welcome to Cherry Pip a unique & exotic getaway. Ideally suited to 2 people/+baby wanting a relaxing stay in a fabulous location with far reaching views. Great base for Golfers, Walkers, Surfers and Artists. Only 10 min drive to Saunton beach., 15 mins to Croyde. We are onsite & available for any help & advice if needed. Excellent restaurants/pubs within a 15 minute walk away down a country lane. We have a sweeping drive but once at the property it's level as is the Suite . Sorry no pets

Northam/W Ho! annexe with incredible views

The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. For GAVIN & STACEY FANS we are within 10 min walk of Barry island ‘Barrybados’ 3hr Dave’s coach tours can be booked with Brit Movie Tours The open plan studio is a self-contained area with its own entrance just through the shared front door It’s a mixture of the old period features and modern luxury.

Valle Vue is a quite rural warm cosy place, on the end of the bungalow with is own private entrance, private off road parking right outside, A King sized double bed with adjoining en-suite, & a separate WC. Complementary tea, coffee, cereal, milk & fruit juice. Located in part of our riverside property on a quiet street, this new light & airy guest suite is ideal for short stays, visits to Exeter Uni, weekends watching Exeter Chiefs, enjoying walking and cycling the South West Coastal Path. Parking is on the driveway if requested. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the town with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants. We’re 10 minutes walk to Topsham train station and a few minutes to the nearest bus stop, providing access to Exeter, Exmouth and beyond.
