Lake View Studios have been transformed from old outbuildings to lovely self contained studios set in 190 acres of idyllic Dorset countryside surrounded by picturesque lakes bustling with wildlife. Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

Greenlands Barn on the old River Tone navigation

Greenlands Barn is in a lovely quiet spot off the River Tone. From the doorstep you can walk along the river, go further onto the Somerset levels or do a circuit to the local pub in the next village. The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. There are mountain bikes and a 2-person canoe for use during your stay. Historic towns, countryside or just a rest by the wood-burning stove awaits you.

Little annex in gorgeous Devon countryside

Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Eden Cabin (Romantic getaway whatever the weather)

This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

Buzzard Yurt - A unique eco holiday in East Devon

Unique and comfortable yurt (sleeps 5+), large terrace, stunning views - also you could check out Kingfisher yurt (bigger kitchen) by the swimming pond. Private kitchen, chill-out cabin, shower, rustic flushing loo, compost loo with a view, campfire area. Wild swimming pond (fenced) Hot tub (can be advance booked by EITHER Kingfisher or Buzzard yurt). Dog friendly, footpaths. Kid heaven! By booking you take responsibility for safety of your group. Beautiful Lake view shepherds hut. Set in the heart of the Jurassic coast world heritage site. This private estate is a bird watchers paradise. Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.

Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. All 5 bedrooms have en-suites and the master bedroom has a freestanding bath overlooking the sea. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.

The Cornish studio

The Cornish Studio is the perfect retreat for beach living with far stretching sea views from every window and located right on the beach in West Bay in the heart of the Jurassic Coast. You can walk the cliff path for breakfast at the Hive cafe on Burton Bradstock or to the Anchor at Seatown for drinks and dinner on the cliff. Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.
