Blackthorn Hut is named after the native hedgerow tree which borders the majority of the farm fields. The hut itself is built in timber so it is part of the surroundings. It is the perfect spot to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views. A solar panel provides your electricity to the bedroom hut. The bathroom is separate to the hut. Water is outside

Fully equipped characterful cottage a few steps from mumbles seafront promenade, close to beaches, with driveway parking for 2 vehicles & private garden. Ideally located for a flat stroll by the sea to bustling Mumbles village with a wide range of restaurants, cafe-bars, pubs, independent shops & M&S food. Easy access to nearby beaches and the stunning Gower peninsula with Three cliffs Bay, Rhosilli, Worms head and coastal walks. Near Swansea Uni, Wales National Pool, Singleton & Clyne Parks.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

The large sun trap garden is quiet and peaceful with a fire pit and outdoor seating. You can be assured of a perfect costal retreat.

Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.
