Newly renovated for 2021 An update to our broadband in Feb 2023 means we now have the fastest available in the area, top speed of 65Mbps. Beautifully situated just above Lake Semerwater in Raydale , the quietest valley in Upper Wensleydale. Perfect for walkers, fishing & paddle boarding on the lake In its own grounds away from the lane, entirely private & south facing, the old mill stream runs alongside, the house has amazing views and is a haven for bird life which gathers on the lake shore.

Situated in the unique position of having it’s feet in Gunnerside Ghyll, totally detached and in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Debra Cottage abounds with character. Every room is a delight of bespoke joinery and high quality fittings. Built in 1793 and in the centre of Gunnerside Village, this cottage is an ideal base to explore and enjoy all the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. The sound of the river welcomes you as you step though the front door, but all is tranquil inside.

Hawes .16 th C Elizabethan enchanting Cottage.

The 16 century cottage has been in my husbands family since Elizabethan times . It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . Period furniture . What’s not to like. Situated just outside Hawes a 5 minute walk ! Or walk over the field in less time . River walks from the door step . And if you’re lucky you might see the red squirrel’s .

Our charming couples cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed cornmill, resting in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley Station just outside the quaint market town of Leyburn. Newly renovated, the contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of local gin in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.
