Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Apart Pitztalurlaub - Apart Tschirgant

Unser Apart Tschirgant hat eine Größe von ca. 40 m2 und bietet vom Balkon aus einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt, insbesondere den Tschirgant. Im Sommer lädt unsere Gästeterrasse zum Sonnenliegen und grillen ein. Das Apart ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im schönen Pitztal benötigt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die ausgezeichnete Lage. Sowohl Bushaltestelle, Pitz Park als auch der Nahversorger sind in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar.

Das Apart Eisenkopf verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und seperates WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit zwei Sofas, Wohnwand und einem Fernsehrer ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher. In der Küche finden Sie sämtliche Küchengeräte und Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine oder Filter-Maschine. Genießt schöne Tage auf der gemütlichen Terrasse und feine Entspannung im Whirlpool! Für Motorradfahrer haben wir eine Garage. Ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem 2018 errichteten Haus im Zentrum der beschaulichen Ötztaler Gemeinde Längenfeld. Die Umgebung ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und sonnig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock und besteht aus einer eingerichteten Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.(Gesamtgröße 56m²)
