Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. My place is a beautiful ground floor apartment with sea views. The apartment comes with two off road car parking spaces and is located just a few minutes drive from the award winning Colwyn Bay sea front. Close to the A55, it has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite. Both bedrooms are doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Check in has now been upgraded and no check out tasks.

A small self contained cottage in the back garden of our family home. Ideal for families, couples or solo travellers. Double bed in the main living space + separate bunk room. Kitchen area is fully equipped if you choose to eat in. Great base to explore: 5-10 mins to beaches; fabulous walks; zoo; local shops; and plenty of tourist attractions within a 20 min drive.
