Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

This charming 2-bedroom cottage is situated on 40 feet of private Waneta Lake frontage. A gently sloping lot with stairs leads you down to a lakeside deck and dock, providing direct access to the water. The central location offers easy access to explore the scenic beauty of the Finger Lakes. Spend your day relaxing by the lake, visiting nearby wineries and breweries, shopping, dining, or hiking. Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Our home is close to the Seneca Wine Trail, craft breweries and eateries yet far enough away to relax. Feel free to enjoy the country charm and surrounding property. Farm fresh eggs and fresh vegetables for picking may be seasonally available. Friends, adventurers, travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) will appreciate the country comfort and space to relax and enjoy the beauty of the finger lakes.
