Gorgeous Two Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of the City.

We have stayed in several Mt Pleasant airbnbs over the years and this is I think our favorite so far. The decor in this space is especially nice and cohesive. You can tell a lot of thought was put in to making it feel homey. We especially loved the patio area. It was perfectly maintained and ready for us to have quiet visits with old friends at a moment's notice. There were some items in the apartment that need the host's attention (lightbulbs out, battery was out in the ceiling fan remote, fixtures in the shower were full of mineral deposits and rust). The cookware also could use replacing. When we brought some of these items to the host's attention, as we were staying for 5 nights, we did not receive a response. However, those minor flaws nothwithstanding, we really enjoyed our stay and feel that this apartment was exceptional when compared to the usual DC fare. We would gladly stay here again!

Escape to a Sunny Apartment in a Quiet D.C. Suburb

It is a great location for us with a car as we park in the North Bergen park and ride for the day. The bus takes us right to the heart of New York City. Ferlinda was very helpful in all the communication and the place was clean, spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and we were glad we booked this place.

Sojourn Spacious Modern Luxury on Capitol Hill

Spacious one bedroom apartment in the lower part of a house, steps DOWN from the street - a basement flat. Outstanding location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, beautiful tree-lined streets (lots of blossoms still in April!). We could walk to local coffee shops, a Trader Joe's. Newly remodeled, modern furnishings, new appliances including a washer dryer, and a small dishwasher (which we didn't use). Serenely decorated in shades of grey, white - luxury bed linens on a good firm mattress. My daughter slept in the bedroom and I parked myself on the ample sofa with a blanket and pillow. The flat is not furnished for more than one couple (no sleeper sofa), but the sofa was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we didn't eat in as we couldn't figure out the electric stovetop , not sure if working. Anyway, time was short and there were several restaurants close enough where we could grab a bite. Very pleasant, well priced, would stay here again. Thanks so much!

Silver Spring Rental: 8 Mi to Washington, DC!

This was the second time I stayed in this house and it is one of the very best houses I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in dozens). It feels completely like a family home and not at all like what is so common... an owner or manager who raced through Walmart with a shopping cart, grabbing everything from cheap furniture to bedding and kitchen ware! Also, a beautiful, quiet back yard with plenty of seating and a short walk to Rock Creek Park and the many miles of paved walking trails that it offers.

Fabulous Private Potomac Waterfront Retreat

This is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful setting along the Potomac River. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our morning coffee or in the evening, watching the sun set or the deer along the river. Those views were also available in the spacious living room facing the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which we always appreciate when cooking meals in and the beds and linens were nice and comfortable. There were games available in the closet and my adult kids enjoyed setting up and playing badminton on the back lawn. Sylvia was a wonderful host that communicated clearly and was very helpful. We will look forward to coming back some time in the future.

This is an amazing, family and pet friendly place to stay while visiting DC! Terry is so nice and always made sure we felt welcome, while still giving us privacy! The house is close enough to the city for convenience while having the luxury of not being in a super congested area and there was plenty of street parking. We will always stay here while visiting the city!

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

Adrienne is a wonderful hostess! The house is sweet and well laid out and stocked with everything you need. Note that this is someone’s house (not an Airbnb only location) so you will see authentic things from the family. Would recommend and stay again!

We rented out this place for easier access to DC and both an uber and car DC was only 27 minutes away (honestly is and felt shorter depending on traffic). It felt amazing to have such a large space and 2 washing machines/dryers. The rooms and bathrooms were very cozy and clean!

This was a great spot for visiting nearby family over Thanksgiving. There is a Rec Center with tennis courts and a soccer field across the street, and a gorgeous new dog run only a few blocks away. The house was comfortable and clean, and resembled the online photos. It’s clear that the neighborhood is in transition with evidence of new buildings and plans for new condos, with effort and thought behind everything. Use caution when walking around at night (after 10) only because there aren’t many people around at that time.

We were in town for my brother's funeral and found this place very conveniently located for his vigil, funeral and burial. Our two adult sons joined us the day after we arrived, and we were all pleased with our accommodations. The kitchen was well-equipped; plenty of towels and warm bedding so it was nice & warm over a very frigid few days of winter.

The apartment was amazing, we had a wonderful time staying there. It is close to everything, museums next streets, China Town, and very walkable, amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The whole building was nice and quiet, which was a plus. host was very nice and kind, communication was easy and proactive. We will definitely come back again~

Great place for visiting Washington DC. The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything is very clean and organized. The beds are very good, bathrooms are very clean. The apartment access is very well organized. Even if we arrived late I was able to get direct instructions from our host how to enter the building and the apartment - perfect logistics and organization - THANKS a lot!
