This beautiful, relaxing guest space is a self-contained basement apartment with with its own entry stairway from the inside of the garage. Totally remodeled in the summer of 2018, it is complete with a full kitchen and cooking essentials. The host couple occupy the main level of this large ranch home, but the basement is dedicated for guest usage. Guests can come and go through a coded entry door into the garage. EiUse of the back yard, with all its amenities, is available when pre-arranged

For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Super fast WI-FI! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The kitchen is well equipped to make great meals during your stay. Enjoy brand new stainless steel appliances There’s room in the mostly (but not completely) fenced yard to spend time outdoors. There are 3 desks, with mirrors, in the bedrooms to work at and/or sit in front of to get ready for your day. The dining room table will comfortably seat the whole family.

This home has a great floor plan for 2-4 people with a small loft bed for a youngster. It has high end kitchen accessories and in-unit washer and dryer. Water softener for great water, maple hardwood floors and a front deck for outdoor barbecuing. Book this home for the retreat you've been looking for. Quiet and comfortable home with great outdoor space. This new home has an open floor plan with a dining room that opens to a 16' X 20' deck with plenty of outdoor seating. Light up the gas grill and enjoy large backyard. Cross through the backyard and follow the winding trail for your own private fire pit that is stocked with wood. A favorite place for s'mores to end the evening.
