Dock is in and ready! This property is the perfect destination for a relaxing retreat or a fun packed day of water sports. Located on a quiet 80 acre spring fed lake, the options are limitless. The guest will have access to 2 fishing kayaks (the fishing is awesome here!) and 1 paddle board. Outside you will find the perfect spot to have a fire while watching the sunset hit the water/ice. Novi Lakes Home Very Clean/Cozy Coffee & Treats

1200 sq ft of clean and welcoming space. This unique home was once a 3 unit apt building with a studio apt and 1 bedroom apt on the first floor. I’ve combined the two first floor units into a spacious oasis with two private entrances, two full baths, laundry and a neat bar. Across the street from Shawood lake with Walled lake about 4 houses down. Guests are more than welcome to use the kayaks and bikes. It’s lake livin in the city!! Very much an up north feel but only 1 mile from 12 Oaks Mall.

Hello, we are Scott and Jennifer your hosts. We are proud to say we have the most booked homes in the area. When walking into our homes you will hear soothing classical music. Go to the refrigerator and help yourself to a cold drink. take a dip in the nice warm hot tub, take advantage of the nice warm robes provided for you. Our beds are second to none. Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized.
