The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Look down and you'll notice a well, that was featured in the NY Times, that dates back to 1737 and was most likely used by notable figures such as George Washington, Alexander Hamilton etc. Outside you'll find yourself steps away from incredible dining and shopping.

Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Mullica River Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This bright and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Private Waterfront near Ocean Beaches

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
