Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.
