Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Villa has a sauna, gym, fireplace, hot tub, billiard and outdoor pool. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The surrounding is peaceful and quiet but still near to the beautiful beach in Zavala (7 mins) and town Jelsa (5 mins). Moreover, it takes about 25 minutes to Hvar town. Next to Villa Belpur on the connecting property, is Villa Anouk so it might be interesting for bigger groups of families and/or friends, spending holidays together.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
