Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. Deze stijlvolle accommodatie is perfect om tot rust te komen. Midden in de natuur, aan het water. Wandelen, fietsen, werken, ontspannen. Het kan allemaal in ons huisje midden op het eiland Hoeksche Waard. Maar ook Rotterdam, Dordrecht en Breda liggen op 30 min rijden afstand en kunnen eenvoudig bezocht worden vanuit de locatie. Het huisje is per auto bereikbaar via een onverharde eigen weg en is omgeven door weiland.
