A large living room perfectly furnished. Two comfortable bedrooms. A large covered panoramic terrace where you can dine. A lovely house in a private village dating back to 1200, with a large garden, orchard, organic vegetable garden and a panoramic swimming pool open to guests. All around, an estate of 114 acres of meadows and woods . To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

L'alloggio è ricavato in un antico edificio in pietra un tempo adibito a stalla con annesso fienile. L'edificio è ubicato sulla cima di una collina dalla quale si gode di una ampia vista a 360 sul paesaggio circostante, punteggiato da vigneti e borghi medievali. Oltre alla prima colazione, è possibile usufruire del servizio di ristorazione a base di prodotti del territorio accompagnati dai vini DOP (bianchi e rossi) di nostra produzione.

Situato in centro paese comodissimo ai servizi ( 5 min da Tortona , 10 min dall’uscita dell’autostrada , 15 min dall’outlet di Serravalle Scrivia ) casetta molto semplice , tranquilla , molto riservata . Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un grande giardino ad uso esclusivo .
