Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Our location guarantees peace and tranquility, yet we are only 1km from the town of San Nicolò, with all the necessary services (post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, market etc). This double story villa is one of two adjacent villas available. The villa is newly built and offers 2-bedroom 2-bathroom living with direct beach access. It is equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a relaxing beach holiday along the coast of beautiful Calabria. The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor terrace. The 2 bedrooms both have balcony access that provide stunning sea views. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate.

The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

La casa è a 2 km dal centro abitato dove sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, a 12 km si trova il centro commerciale "Due Mari". L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.
