Stunning Villa for 9 People, Just Steps from the Beach in Briatico Villa delle Sirene is perched directly on the sea, with a charming staircase descending from the villa's garden, winding along the coastal slope and leading to a secluded, intimate beach. Located in a quiet residential area between Briatico and Sant'Irene, the villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in Calabria, where you can unwind in complete tranquility, lulled by the sound of the waves. Recently renovated, Villa delle Sirene combines contemporary design with traditional Mediterranean style. On the first floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor, an open-space attic, hosts 3 single beds and a bathroom with a shower and WC. On the ground floor, there are 2 additional full bathrooms with showers and WCs, a comfortable living room that opens onto the garden, a double bedroom, and a spacious kitchen that leads directly to the garden under the patio. The beautifully furnished terrace and garden offer wonderful spaces to enjoy outdoor living with stunning sea views. From the well-maintained and shaded garden, a private path easily leads you to the small sandy beach. This secluded beach, accessible only from a few houses, feels almost private. Nestled between the rocks, it is also an ideal spot for snorkeling and exploring the coastal coves. The villa's exceptional location, almost directly on the beach, along with its proximity to both Tropea and Pizzo (about 10 km away), makes this property truly special.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. A pochi metri dall'appartamento si trova il Lungomare di Briatico, a 700 metri la stazione ferroviaria, a 15 minuti a piedi la suggestiva spiaggia della Rocchetta.
