Situato a 200 mt di altitudine da Varenna. A due passi dal centro di Perledo con supermarket, ATM, bar, ristoranti, parafarmacia, posta e fermata bus navetta che arriva alla stazione dei treni di Varenna, a 200 mt troviamo campo da tennis e da calcio e il percorso che arriva al Castello di Vezio.
