Fabio and Inna are fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and helpful! The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area. With two boys between 10 and 14 years old, we really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Thanks to both of you for our amazing stay!

Soggiorno di 6 notti con due adulti, una bimba di 6 anni e due bimbi di 2 anni. la camera principale era sufficientemente ampia per utilizzare i nostri due lettini da campeggio per i piccoli, così abbiamo potuto richiudere il divano letto del salotto e sfruttare tutta l'area living. La cucina è piccola ma ok per cucinare un piatto di pasta o la colazione; il fatto che ci fosse una lavastoviglie è stato molto utile. Peccato manchi una lavanderia, ma c'è uno stendino e ferro e asse da stiro, per cui piccole urgenze si possono gestire lavandole a mano. Lo stabile è molto moderno ed elegante. L'ascensore è spazioso, tutto molto pulito. Il garage ha un limite di altezza troppo basso per la mia auto, ma con parkingpay si possono usare le striscie blu fuori casa a 10CHF- giorno. Altri ospiti dello stabile tutti cortesi, e gli appartamenti sono ben insonorizzati. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'host è molto reattiva e cordiale, torneremo con piacere.

Hosts were very friendly and offered those personal touches to really make you feel welcome. Coffee and brioche were delivered to our room each morning which was a wonderful treat. The bed was comfy as and we had a great couple of days to unwind and relax from our hectic travelling. This place was our stop over for our flight back home and was well worth it Thank you 🌻

La casa di Romina é bella, ben organizzata, pulita, comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno. Romina é stata molto disponibile, pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste e reattiva. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio; la stazione del treno per raggiungere il centro di Milano é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi; a pochi passi ci sono bar, supermercati, pasticcerie e panifici. Super consigliato!

La casa è ottimamente pulita e in perfetto ordine. Molto comoda per 4 persone, ma anche in 6 ci si sta senza grossi problemi. La posizione è perfetta, spostandosi a piedi si raggiungono comodamente le principali attrazioni e attività di Santa Maria. Elena e Luca sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili anche per quanto riguarda gli orari di check-in/check-out. Decisamente consigliato.

Wir waren ein Wochenende zu Gast und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder. Der Kontakt mit Fikrete war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Im allgemeinen wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und trotz vieler Wohneinheiten genießt man Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Das Auto kann man auf dem Hof abstellen, welcher dich ein Tor gesichert ist. Ein Pool rundet alles ab und natürlich der direkte Zugang zum See . Bissone liegt etwas außerhalb von Lugano, sehr schön ruhig mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum spazieren. Lugano ist aber sehr schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Auto erreichbar. Lugano besticht mit seiner Promenade und den zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants. Für Wanderfreunde gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Für uns war es bei Fikrete perfekt, von allem genug vorhanden, blitzsauber und praktisch/ freundlich eingerichtet. Vielen Dank nochmal und bis bald Familie Pfeiffer

Sitio es maravilloso, increíble, la piscina, el acceso al lago, el transporte público al pie, todo de 10, lo único malo fue que había una cucaracha, pero lo dejo pasar porque más era lo bueno que este pequeño detalle.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Ivo et Serafina, avec de bons conseils pour la plage au lac majeur et restaurant. L'ppartement est très spacieux, propre et confortable. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Wir wurden von Claudia freundlich begrüßt, die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung.

Appartement cosi très propre et chaleureux où nous avons passé un super séjour...ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Ascona. Le jardin est attenant à une belle piscine avec peu de monde la fréquentant. Idéal pour une famille. De plus, Tiziana a été très réactive à toutes nos demandes. Rien à redire...c'était parfait.

The most hospitable stay ever. The hosts were absolutely amazing in all aspects giving us great recommendations in places to visit, to eat and to walk. As we didn’t have a car they were kind enough to give us a lift to and from the airport, and a cheeky shopping trip (cheers Nic!). The surrounding area is so stunning from the views all around to the river below. We went for sunset swims and woodland walks near by and could not have been happier. The house its self was lovely. It’s clean and efficient with a full working kitchen to cook in and the bathroom has a spacious shower. Despite it being a bit out of town it is definitely walkable to and from the train station and very enjoyable to see the views and towns as you do so, also very easy to travel around to other surrounding towns such as aroma and cities like Milan! Breakfast was 15€ each and worth it as it was all homegrown and delicious on top of eating infront of an amazing view. We truly loved our stay and would 100% come again

Foi uma excelente experiência, a acomodação muito limpa e organizada. A cada é completamente composta de tudo que precisa. Matias sempre pronto para responder a qualquer questão. Com certeza uma das melhores experiências até agora.

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war genau das, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe in einer schönen und heimeligen Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und hat trotzdem einen unwiderstehlichen Charme. Entgegen der Beschreibung auf AirBnB gibt es neben den 2 Holzöfen Elektro-Heizungen in jedem Zimmer. So konnten wir es auch im Winter behaglich warm haben. Am besten gefallen hat uns das Panorama-Fenster im obersten Stock. Da lassen sich stundenlang die Berge und die Farben des Himmels angucken. Ein wunderschöner Ort! Gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay at the „Villa Maya“. The accommodation is in a quiet location and you can relax in the beautiful garden. There are many beautiful walks and we were able to walk down to the lake. The Check-In and communication was also great. We would be very happy to return to Bracchio and „Villa Maya“. Un immense merci à Yoko, Paulo et leur fille Saori pour leur magnifique accueil 💛 Des hôtes en or, vraiment. Leur accueil est un admirable équilibre entre l’immersion dans une famille suisso-japonaise et une autonomie des visiteurs. Nous avons eu de super échanges intéressants et remplis d’enthousiasme et de douceur avec Yoko, Paulo et Saori. Ils se sont montrés très disponibles pour nous donner des conseils de visite et nous rendre service. La maison traditionnelle est très belle et le studio mis à disposition correspond tout à fait à la description, très propre et accueillant. Le jardin est magnifique, avec une terrasse sous une tonnelle où nous avons pu manger le délicieux petit-déjeuner préparé par Yoko. Ce serait rater quelque chose que d’aller à Morcote sans loger chez eux ! On ne peut que vous recommander d’aller chez ces « super hôtes » dont le titre est plus qu’amplement mérité. On leur souhaite de belles rencontres grâce à leur accueil si chaleureux et généreux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Silvia, il est extrêmement bien équipé, bien situé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous attendaient ( tout pour le petit déjeuner...). D’autre part, la présence d'un kayak et de vélos est un vrai plus, ainsi que la place de parking privative. Silvia est une hôte serviable, discrète et très sympathique.Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement.
