We are two Venetians and Ca’ Forcola is our cozy and very bright apartment with balcony on the 2nd floor in quiet Venice. Located in the non touristic area of Dorsoduro less than 10 min. walking from Piazzale Roma and just 3 more min. from the central train station of Santa Lucia, Ca' Forcola is the perfect place to experience Venice like a Venetian. We are born and live in Venice and it will be our pleasure to share all kind of information to experience this unique city at the best. No agency.

This spacious loft with design flair and garden view is a rarity in the historic centre of Venice. The building is the elegant conversion of an old heating plant re-designed by architects into living space in 2010. In a quiet small street, yet a few minutes walk from the train/bus stations, Grand Canal, supermarket, restaurants, shops. Ideal for exploring the 1,600-year-old city on foot, without giving up the standard of living you are used to today including high-speed WiFi, lift, steam bath.

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
