Exceptional new holiday villa on Hvar Island

After 5 years of careful planning and construction, Nine Olives Hvar, my purpose-built holiday house was completed in June 2024. It offers exceptional design and views, with magnificent sunsets. Many guests have now enjoyed it. All have praised both the house and location. Nine Olives Hvar is a short stroll to a beautiful beach and swimming area, and to the lovely town of Stari Grad. Charming stone villa "Silva"

Charming stone villa “Čovići” is situated along the Makarska Riviera above the popular seaside resort Tucepi just below impressive mountain Biokovo. We offer accommodation for 10 people. In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. On the ground floor there is kitchen,dining room,gym and laundry and on the first floor there is living room an one bedroom.On second floor there is two bedrooms. The 'brown part' has two bedroom,kitchen,living room,bathroom and toilet.

Casa Mola je kuća koja se nalazi u masliniku 1,5 km udaljena od Sumartina, mjesto na kojem imate potpunu privatnost, mir i tišinu a svega ste nekoliko minuta vožnje autom udaljeni od centra mjesta i prekrasnih plaža. Topla voda i struja se napajaju solarnim panelima. Odmorite se i opustite u ovoj mirnoj oazi.
