Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
