Welcome to Spencer Ranch. The remodeled home sleeps 8 adults inside, but allows for more guests if you want to bring in an RV, trailer, or throw up some tents. We are sitting on 8.5 beautiful acres, surrounded by horses, cattle, and even a small forested area with walking trails. The home has all new appliances, A/C, and WIFI, to keep everyone comfortable and entertained, while still allowing you to unplug and enjoy some peace and quiet on this large property. Great place for the whole family!!

A Clean & Comfy Home

Quaint home in a clean & quiet h.o.a. manufactured home neighborhood. Located 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles north of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Welcome to this beautifully remodeled, relaxing home away from home Central Texas open-concept retreat. A fully furnished kitchen for family dining and baking is at your disposal. The outdoor space is ideal for grilling and relaxing on the shaded patio set in a tree-lined backyard. An assortment of outdoor games available. Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Thank you for considering the Red Fig Farmhouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, cozy, and quaint farmhouse built in the 1940's. Lots of outside space to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or watch the many birds and squirrels. The house is located just blocks from downtown, minutes from IH-35, approximately 2 miles from many restaurants, HEB, Wal-Mart, Target, etc. Additionally, the house is approximately 2 miles from Texas Old Town.
