Open plan, 2-level apartment connected by the staircase - living room/kitchen/bathroom (down) bedroom and terrace (up), in a Mravince, old village near Split, with a panoramic view of Split, the sea and the islands, and the surrounding mountains. Bear in mind that wide-angled taken photos make space look bigger than it actually is, especially lower floor, but since space is for 2 persons, you won't really need more than it has (lower floor cca 30m2, upper floor cca 20-25m2, balcony cca 14 m2).

Ispred kuće se nalazi bazen, oprema za roštilj, lounge garniture, ograđeni dio za djecu, privatni parking te prostor za objed. Lokacija Ville pruža privatnost i oazu mira, a ujedno u blizini ima sve sadržaje potrebne za život. Od Splita je udaljena samo 27km (20-25 minuta vožnje), a od zračne luke 39km.

Completely renovated, beautiful two-bedroom apartment with plenty of sunlight and stylish decor. All appliances and furniture are new. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and within walking distance of major attractions (8 min walk to the Promenade and the Palace, 5 min walk to the Marjan Hill, 8 min from the main restaurant, club and shopping area). The apartment comes with parking: either free on the street or public parking just two minutes from the apartment. Everyone is welcome.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
