2ish bedrooms 2 bathrooms + breakfast Nr Newcastle

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Modern, quiet and restful top floor rooms

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track

Park View Jesmond (en-suite).

Quiet bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower in award winning designer home, 7 mins walk to Jesmond Metro (3 stops to Central Station and about 25 mins to the Airport). Near the Great North Run start, and about 20 mins walk into town. In the centre of trendy Jesmond, it's a red brick lodge, totally rebuilt in 2016, with a super insulated, modern interior. We also have 2 other rooms, search"Garden View" and "Peace & Quiet". Breakfast (muesli, fruit, toast etc) is included up to 10.00am.

Fully furnished rooms available in a homely house in a cosy area. The house itself is very spacious and accommodating with large spaces of rooms, ready for you to stay! This selected room is the largest room in the house. It is located in a quiet street, directly a corner away from Newcastle's West Road which is in the centre of amenities; shops, stores, restaurants, dessert parlours, ATM machines, petrol stations (see map for more). (Long term stays can have huge discounts, so message!)

The Coach House - double room, lounge & fireplace

Lovely farmhouse location a short walk from the charming village of Lanchester, full of interesting places to explore and eat. Close to Durham city and University, dales and coast. Bus stop at door and next to cycling and walking routes. Uber taxi service operates here too. A huge garden to enjoy and off road parking. The room is en-suite, a double or twin with private lounge. Guests need to climb a spiral staircase. Hens in garden. Continental breakfast included.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Ideally placed between the village of Forest Hall and Benton Metro Station providing easy access to Newcastle City Centre and the coast. With shops, train station, bars and restaurants just a few mins walk away. Lovely bedroom with small double bed, private lounge, garden room, shared bathroom, use of kitchen and facilities, private garden with open view and sun deck, free parking to front of property.

Bentleys is a 3 star rated guesthouse and coffee shop, we are just 1 mile away from Newcastle City Centre. We have excellent transport links to the city centre and make an excellent base for exploring the lively city of Newcastle. The rooms are very light and airy and recently refurbished and has its own TV. This accommodation is unsuitable for anyone who needs to self-isolate or quarantine .

Our only purpose made Double room overlooks the garden and has an ensuite bathroom that has a basin, toilet and electric shower. There is tea, coffee and complimentary biscuits in all rooms along with freeview Tv with built in Dvd player. A double wardrobe with hangers is sited in the corner of the room and a bedside lamp and central heating make this a very cosy room.

Family ensuite room Room 1

We are situated 400m from Newcastle Airport (to the east) and 1 mile from Ponteland (to the west). We have been letting rooms for 20 years and offer room only. We have 5 rooms, from family ensuites to singles with private bathrooms. Guests are welcome to relax in our conservatory overlooking the garden where there is usually a large variety of birds on the feeders.

Our only single room has a small double bed and a private bathroom next door, as well as a sink in the bedroom. There is freeview Tv and Dvd player. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room along with complimentary biscuits. Central Heating in all rooms. Price is for room only.
