Close to public transport, shops & restaurants, it's just 12 min bus or car ride to Emporia shopping center and Hyllie station with easy access to Denmark and airport. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. Renovated in 2018. This 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge.

Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet.
