Waterfront Retreat at Lake Norman

Luxurious private lakeside apartment with wonderful views of Lake Norman. Separate entrance with kitchen, sleeping/sitting area and separate bathroom. Relax on the private patio area overlooking the lake , sit on a rocker or eat al fresco next to our koi pond. Great sunrise views for early risers. NB. Lake Norman is a busy, fun lake with activities and boat traffic year round but our place is quiet and relaxing with lots of birds and wildlife and a very private feel. No animals pets allowed

Private cozy lake home with indoor pool!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Welcome to our secluded lakeside sanctuary on the shores of Lake Norman! Tucked away amidst tranquil woods, this stylish home offers the ultimate escape for couples seeking relaxation and adventure, with a touch of family-friendly charm. From cozying up inside on the king bed or by the fireplace, to gliding along the lake in a paddleboard or gazing at stars near the firepit, our home offers endless opportunities for a couples getaway, ensuring a truly unforgettable lakeside experience for all.

Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

The Porch on Lake Norman

​LAKE FRONT, custom built in 2018. Nestled amidst the trees, you will enjoy our private guest house. Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Lakeside Rustic Retreat

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

The Cabin on Lake Norman

This lovely lake front property is not called Cabin on the Lake for just any reason. Sitting a mere 10 feet off the water this cozy home boasts a second-to-none view of Lake Norman. The Cabin includes a spacious dock with room for up to 3 boats, enough to host friends and family for an evening of cocktails and fireworks. This is a 2 bed 1 bath escape for water sport enthusiasts looking for a lakeside getaway or for the avid fisherman looking for their next Big Fish story. *PET FRIENDLY*
