The studio is in the basement of a historic 1923 row home, located near several restaurants, bars, recreation areas and shopping. Ten-minute walk to Rhode Island Metro Station, close to Union Market, Union Station and 20 minutes to DC monuments. The apartment has many amenities including fast internet, full kitchen and plenty of closet space.

Most walkable + safe residential locations in DC: one block from the W.E. Convention Center, less than 10 10-minute walk to the Cap. There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year!
