Charming Cosy Farmhouse Garden Annexe

Relax in this calm space, surrounded by nature and a large, peaceful garden. You have your own private en-suite shower room and a comfortable bed suitable for single or double occupants. Orchard cottage Welshpool powys

Welcome to Orchard cottage, a single storey building, annexed to ( but separate from ) our house. The cottage is furnished to a high standard. We are situated on the outskirts of a private residential area, just 400 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Welshpool, there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The magnificent Powis castle is a short walk from the town centre, through the beautiful parkland. Other attractions include Montgomery canal & light railway.

Tank Barn, a grade II listed Barn Conversion nestled on Cefn Digoll (Long Mountain) within the historic Leighton Estate and in close proximity to the England/Wales border and the Offa's Dyke national trail. Tank Barn offers everything you require for a quiet get away or action packed adventure, with Snowdonia and the mid-wales coast just over an hour away. Located 2-miles from Welshpool which offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, Powis castle and the wider Montgomeryshire area.

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. Lake Farm Shepherds Hut, Self Catering & hot tub

Our beautiful Black Mountain shepherds hut and undercover hot tub is perched above our wildlife pond, with views over the Welsh hills. It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am

Wisteria Cottage Edgerley nr Shrewsbury/Oswestry

Wisteria Cottage is a self-contained private cottage in a quiet rural setting with countryside views, surrounded by nature. Newly refurbished with shabby-chic country inspired interior. Private WiFi, TV's both floors & super-king bed. Close to market towns of Shrewsbury & Oswestry, both 10 miles/15 minutes drive away. Private parking, central heating, 1-2 bedrooms, lounge, large fully equipped kitchen/dining area/family room. Main bedroom upstairs, two single beds in downstairs bedroom.

Gate Lodge 2 /3 Bedroom Barn

The Gate lodge is semi detached . Suitable for 4 guests to be comfortable in the seating area . Although will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms by special arrangement , ideal if just attending events for overnight stay . Easy access to Welshpool on foot or by car. small open plan kitchen living area. 3 en-suite rooms. Enclosed walled area , bbq, table chairs bench . Gothic Victorian Gate House & Hot Tub Welshpool

This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. Sofa bed in living room and single bed via steep stairs.

Enchmarsh Farm barn

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

'Ty Haf' A Contemporary and Unique Summer House

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

The Bryn Barn

Set in 24 acres, overlooking Welshpool, a stone barn recently converted to a high standard. Backing onto woodland with quiet pathways taking you into Leighton and beyond. Providing comfortable accommodation for those wishing to explore the many natural and historical delights mid Wales and Shropshire has to offer. You are renting the entire property. All are welcome, along with your pets. Located near to Offa's Dyke Path. Many other walking and cycling routes.
