This memorable place is anything but ordinary and the perfect resting place after a day walking the beautiful coastline of South West Cornwall or just enjoying some down time. Positioned between St Ives and Landsend with fantastic views down the coast. This perfectly formed studio has everything you need from a full size shower, a log burner and an extra comfortable king size bed. We are also situated between two fabulous pubs, The Tinners Arms and the Gurnard's Head, if you fancy dinning out.

Perched on a hillside above Newlyn Harbour, with panoramic views over Mount's Bay, sits this lovingly restored granite home. Once an old chapel, Fairhaven exudes historic charm from the stained glass window of a traditional Cornish lugger to the massive structural beams salvaged from old ships. My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.
