Situated within beautiful farmland in a peaceful hamlet a couple of miles from the A30, this is an ideal base to enjoy a break in Cornwall with easy access to popular destinations, stunning beaches and famous landmarks.

Our cosy & romantic beach house with uninterrupted ocean, sea & beach views across Whitsand Bay & Rame Head. A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. On the South West Coast path, so really great for walkers. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Erin Cottage: Minutes from the coast near Looe & Polperro, walking distance to village pub & shops this quiet semi detached cottage has views across large gardens to the countryside. Parking outside, super fast wifi inside with SMART TV link to our resident Barn Owl box. A relaxing stay awaits you with a complimentary cream tea on arrival. Large plump sofas, mattress that we think will be the comfiest your have used. Character stone walls & vaulted ceilings for space with everything you need.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

With accommodation all on one level, this pretty little semi-detached cottage provides a great spot for a relaxing holiday near the coast. IDEALLY SUITED FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. NOT 4 ADULTS. Conveniently set in a quiet location between Looe and Polperro, our semi-detached holiday cottage is on a level plot in a small complex of 12 similar properties which share a heated, outdoor swimming pool. Please note the pool closes at the end of September and reopens May 1st each year.

This beautiful country cottage is set in a idyllic, peaceful spot with glorious country views. Walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the woods alongside the river, in about an hour. Explore where Beyond paradise is filmed. The picturesque village of polperro is a 10 minute drive away. There are many beaches to explore all within a short drive. Talland, Lansallos, naming a few ideal for children to explore. I do except up to 2 dogs at the property.
