Perched on a hillside above Newlyn Harbour, with panoramic views over Mount's Bay, sits this lovingly restored granite home. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Niver Dew Cottage, Pendeen

An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.

Heather Barn, Zennor

Heather Barn is one of two granite barns which we renovated in 2021. The barns used to be part of our working dairy farm but have now been lovingly converted to provide luxury, high quality holiday accommodation for up to five (plus a cot) on our farm. Heather Barn is two storey with an enclosed private patio. There is private parking for one car. Electric Car charging facilities are available. EV charging is charged at £10 per day. We accept well behaved dogs.

Chy an Eglos is a private holiday home rental, 4 miles from St Ives in the heart of the hamlet of Zennor. The local pub, with its sea view pub garden, is pigeon steps away, as is the South-West Coast path. This home away from home, is a Grade II listed Georgian style property with four bedrooms, sleeping up to 7. The house enjoys two bathrooms. Private Parking for two cars is opposite the house. Well behaved dogs are also welcome.

It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. There are many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
