Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). In unserer Gästewohnung vereinen sich stilgetreue barocke Elemente aus der Entstehungszeit des Hauses mit einer möglichst modernen Ausstattung. Diese Kombination garantiert Authentizität und Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Renovierung haben wir versucht möglichst viel der Originalsubstanz zu erhalten. Warnung für Großgewachsene: Ein niedriger Deckenbalken aus dem Jahre 1775 durchkreuzt den Raum.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, am nördlichen Dorfende von Perwenitz gelegen, umgeben von Feldern, steht das Wohnhaus der ehemaligen Mühlenanlage. Das zweigeschossige Mühlengebäude wurde um 1890 errichtet und bis 1994 für die Herstellung von Mehl und Futtermitteln genutzt. Heute befinden sich Künstlerateliers, Galerieräume und ein Cafe in diesem Gebäude Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG. des Wohnhauses und ist ca. 92 m² groß.
