La Dimora sul Trebbia

Un alloggio immerso nel verde dall’ atmosfera rilassante a due passi dal Trebbia. Io e la mia famiglia saremo felici di ospitarti da solo, con amici o con tutta la tua famiglia. Il nostro Border Collie Leo è bravissimo con persone e bambini ma non gradisce la presenza di altri animali, soprattutto cani maschi e gatti. Per questo, a malincuore, potremo ospitare solo cani femmine. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una stradina privata di 50 metri che conduce alle rive del Trebbia.

Possibilità della prima colazione. Possibilità di escursioni a piedi, noleggio mountainbike con o senza guida. A pochi km dalla città, ma immerso nella pace e nella natura.

Small stonehouse, great place

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
