Located in the cultural hotpot of Toxteth, L8, our South Liverpool flat is just a 10 minute drive from the M62 or Lime Street station and has everything you need for a lovely getaway. Explore, shop and dine at the city's best attractions then come back for a cosy evening and a peaceful sleep. The flat has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The flat is on the ground floor, has free street parking out front and a patio garden.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Our lovely apartment is only a 7-minute stroll from the famous Penny Lane, where you can snap a photo with the iconic sign from the Beatles' legendary video. Nestled between the lively Allerton Road and Smithdown Road, you'll find a great selection of bars and restaurants. Plus, you're just a short drive from football stadiums, Strawberry Fields, The Cavern Club, and the Albert Dock, museums, and stunning cathedrals. 30 min walk to Sefton park, 15 minute walk to Greenbank park.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, small groups of friends and families (with kids). EVERYONE is welcome as long as they are respectful guests!
