Location, location, location. Bright one bedroom condo in prime downtown Bethesda location with designer furnishings. One of the best 1 bedrooms in the building with the best balcony location right off Bethesda Row. Easy walking distance to Metro and includes one of the best underground parking spaces by elevator. Lobby was recently renovated and gym has all new gym equipment. NOTE - key is provided through a lockbox (rather than in person) and will need to be returned back to lockbox.

Walkable neighborhood just minutes from Patapsco state park.

Our Retreat -in a country setting.

Private- apartment in the lower level of our house. House in a rural setting- you may spot white tail deer or other wildlife.Enjoy the peaceful tranquil setting.We are within 5 minutes by car to Rte 70 and shopping centers. Our space isn't childproof. Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance. We don't allow smoking. no stove in the unit. No stove.

Sleek studio with awesome view- 1 block from metro

Our beautiful studio is within walking distance to metro (1 block) and grocery stores (Harris Teeter). It is also located across a brand new iPic Movie Theater and shopping area. You can walk to several restaurants and convenience stores. The studio is very spacious with lots of light. You also have access to the condo fitness area, pool table, and quiet/business common rooms. A pool is available during summer. The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
