Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

West Wing of Secluded Farmhouse w/ Glorious Views

Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.

Lakeside Lodge, Fishing, Hot Tub

Lilly Lodge is the perfect retreat for the keen angler. The striking, zinc-shingle clad lodge, sits on the bank of the specimen lake, which is home to common and mirror carp (the former of which go up to 41-lbs), as well as tench, bream, and roach. With your own private deck only a couple of paces from the entrance doors to the lodge, you can even fish from the comfort of the sofa, whilst catching up with your favourite series on Netflix!

Coastpath Studio Retreat

In one of the coastpath's most stunning hidden valleys, this studio space gives walkers the chance to rest in a stylishly renovated space in peace. Staying within a Nature Reserve and within a Site of Special Scientific Interest, guests will feel very privileged to be able to pause in this unique and timeless valley. Only 200m from a wild and secret beach, it will be hard to leave!
