Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary. On the beach side of Braunton, just 2 miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands it lies on the very edge of the village with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants. For over 20's looking for a super comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable bike shed and no passing traffic? Peaceful clifftop house with amazing sea views, that's perfect for families & friends. Step out the front door onto the South West Coastal Path and discover spectacular cliffs, beautiful beaches and woodland walks. 5 min walk to the historic Hartland Quay (and Wrecker's Retreat pub!). 20 min drive to Clovelly. 30 min drive to Bude in Cornwall. Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. Dog friendly bungalow with stunning views

There are 3 bedrooms, large kitchen , dining room and living room with balcony overlooking the garden and lake beyond. All this situated just off the high street and a 10 minute walk to Waitrose. There are 2 pubs and a number of take aways. Perfect place for dogs and their owners with easy access to Dartmoor (25 mins) the coast (15mins)

'Out the Back' - Annexe for 2 with its own hot tub

Our Self contained annexe for two with its own hot tub is a great place to get away to unwind. Its small and cosy but has everything you would need with a king size bed in the mezzanine bedroom. Its only 500 metres from Crooklets Beach where there is a lovely beach cafe and pubs and restaurant. Bude town centre is a short walk away.
