MARsuites 4 has been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer you a comfortable place to stay in Palma. It has 30m2 terrace at the rooftop where you´ll enjoy amazing views over Almudaina Royal Palace and top of the Cathedral. MARsuites 4 is located at the fourth floor of MARsuites building. It has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. It has a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There are a few steps that will lead you up to the roof top and the amazing terrace. It has 30m2 where you´ll be able to relax, get tanned, enjoy dinner or read a book. There are 2 hammocks and a table with chairs. There is also a sink and a shower to refresh in the warm days. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon request. Views: The location in one of the widest streets in Old Town, allows our guests to enjoy privilege views over Almudaina Royal Palace and the top Cathedral providing brightness to all of our accommodation units

Ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio histórico completamente restaurado, forma parte de Can Carrió – Turismo de Interior, que se compone de 5 plantas sin ascensor (acceso por escaleras únicamente). Este edificio no tiene ascensor y se debe acceder a los apartamentos por las escaleras únicamente. Cuenta con WiFi, TV, aire acondicionado, calefacción y electrodomésticos. Capacidad máxima: 4 personas. El alojamiento dispone de 2 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio cada uno, un baño completo con ducha y una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, fogones, tostadora, horno, cafetera y hervidor.
