Están situados en una calle tranquila de la Colonia de Sant Jordi, a unos minutos caminando del puerto y de las preciosas playas de esta localidad. Disponen de aire acondicionado y calefacción central, lo que los hace perfectos para cualquier época del año. 4 Star **** Guest Room in a Gorgeous rustic chalet with holiday rental license. Only just a few min away from the many beaches ,mountains and fantastic Calvia coast life. Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. Private entrance /parking/ private sunny terrace/ kids play area and use of pool and gardens for a super price!:)

L'Àguila Suites Penthouse with terrace is distributed as follows: on the lower floor 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large living room. In the same open space is the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils: Nespresso, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle , toaster, etc. It was has free Wi-fi and elevator.

It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .
