My family and I had an amazing stay at Eric's place. Everything was exactly as described - clean and incredibly comfortable. The location was great, next to the lovely Sumida river, with easy access to two metro stations, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Eric was a fantastic host - super communicative and helpful. We would totally recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tokyo - especially those wanting to stay in a convenient but quiet neighbourhood.

我們到的時候河邊上的櫻花正是盛開，超級美麗，能在房子裏看到美景。我們離開時，是落櫻的時候，風吹時差一點點就像櫻吹雪，美的不得了。 附近有很多小商店，食店也很不錯，要去市中心開車也很方便。房子沒有店停車庫，但附近的收費停車場也不貴，一整天也不到1000日元。 房子也很乾淨，沒有多餘的雜物，地點也很易意尋找，我最喜歡就是二樓的吊椅，坐在那裏看櫻花，不用跟別人搶位置，很是舒心。

Host was very accommodating and communicative. Allowed me to drop my luggage off early and greeted me with the upmost energy. Always willing to go out their way to make sure the stay went well

Great house on 3 levels on a Japanese style with a modern touch. Great location on a residential street , quiet , but at walkable distance from the gardens / water .

Amazing stay we had. Close by restaurants and bars. Train station is also near by including convenience shops. Behind the house, there is a lovely trail where there were plenty of sakura blooming. recommended!

Nice room in kichijoji. If you would like a quiet place, you must choose this apartment. The rail is not a matter at all ( in my opinion)

I and my family already stayed in Yumenoya twice because Yumenoya near Kichijoji station, convenience stores and lovely spot in Kichijoji area. Its best part of Yumenoya , near Inokashira Park, just 2 minutes walking from Yumenoya hotel. Clean room, amenities complete for several days and staff always quick responsive when I need support. I and my family will choose Yumenoya when we visit Tokyo again in future.

Location was in a a lovely, quiet neighbour. Close to delicious local food spots. Short and scenic walk to the subway stations to get to main place like Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ginza etc. The place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is easily one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the area and the accommodations were amazing! The home was clean and beautiful! Fantastic blend of traditional and modern. Great area that puts you within walking distance of Asakusa, while being on the quiet side of the Sumida River. Top notch all the way around!

The location was lovely and we appreciated being away from the hub-bub of downtown Tokyo. Yujing was super flexible when I needed to add my two of my family members later in the trip - I really appreciated that. I will say, I had two small kids and it was hard to have them move around the apt quietly. I felt bad when they made noise and the first floor guests could hear us. Yujing was very kind about it though. I'd love to come back again but without the kids! Thank you for hosting us in Kichijoji!

Maple was a great host. The place was very comfortable. Very responsive host. The place is very close to stations and central. I will definitely stay here when I visit Tokyo again

Mitsuo was super responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. The unit feels like a regular Japanese home, so it helps you feel more connected with the area you're visiting (you can't get that in a Western-style hotel). The surrounding area is very calm, there's a convenience store one block away from the apartment.
