Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Our house is located in the heart of the historic town of Orvieto, at just 5 minutes from the Duomo. A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

Situata all’interno del caratteristico e affascinante borgo di Morre, La Casetta è una struttura indipendente che offre agli ospiti un’ambiente completamente ristrutturato pur mantenendo il tipico ambiente delle vecchie abitazioni dei borghi umbri con muri in pietra, caminetto e travi in legno. Circondata dalle incantevoli campagne, rimane un luogo ideale dove trascorrere giornate di relax sia d’estate che d’inverno ammirando paesaggi unici e gustando ottimi prodotti tipici della zona !

House with Spectacular Views

Located within the town of Todi with spectacular views - 3 min walk from the centre of Todi. Ideal if you want a 'working holiday' - Broadband wifi, Desk, HP Laserjet printer, along with a Bose, and Apple TV. Ideal for 2 people, but there is a pullout for a 3rd. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a clothes washer. Dogs are welcome for an additional 25€ fee. The mandatory Todi Stay Tax of 1,50€ / pp (max 6,00€ pp) is not included.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
