Il luogo in cui soggiornerete è sorto tra la fine del XIV e l’inizio del XV secolo su volere della nobildonna Lucrezia della Genga per accogliere tutte le donne di ogni ceto sociale che volevano seguire la “Regola Francescana”. L’appartamento è a 120 mt. dalla Piazza del Popolo, all'interno del “Complesso delle Lucrezie” meglio conosciuto come “Nido dell’Aquila”. The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. The position is very good , just 5 minutes from the parking lot and from beautiful cities and hot springs.

The apartment is located in an historical palace in the very heart of the old town. Near to all monuments, shops and restaurants but extremely quiet and peaceful. The old town is a pedestrian area . The flat is at the second floor. There is a lift for luggage and wheelchairs. From the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and furnished with elegance and traditional Tuscan antiques.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
