The Sunset | Beachfront Villa

This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. Minimalistic and spacious architecture, private pool and parking, amazing ocean and sunset views and all the features you would expect from a city house. Treehouse with butterfly and exotic fruit farm.

Unique Balinese inspired treehouse overlooking a seasonal river, butterfly garden and tropical fruit orchard. Built with locally sourced lumber that was mostly milled on the property and complemented with keepsakes and carved wooden accents collected while exploring Indonesia and Thailand. This is a birder’s paradise with daily visits of scarlet macaws, parrots and toucans. Located a short drive from world class surfing , oceanfront restaurants and nightlife in playa Hermosa and playa Jaco.

Jungle hikes at doorstep (monkeys). 2 private terraces. A/C in double occupancy master bedroom and A/C in optional 2nd room for guests #3&4. Several restaurants nearby. Rosanna and her daughter live discretely in separate caretaker unit, providing security and advice. *Turn-off is located just BEFORE the TROVA gas station*

Our beachfront house features a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, ceramic floors, modern furniture, and modern home appliances. This house counts with a spacious and cozy oceanfront entertainment area and swimming pool overlooking the ocean. It's clean, safe, and quiet, located right within the “Tivives Protected Zone”— the last redoubt of the existing tropical dry forest in the Costa Rican Central Pacific Region. Casa Libelula ! Private pool, gated community

Casa Libelula is located in the low key beach village of Esterillos Oeste. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home along with a separate casita ( bedroom/bathroom) is in a secure gated community. The beach is a 15min walk away or a 3 min drive. We are just 20mins south of Jaco Beach, 40mins north of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Juan Santamaria International airport is 2hrs away. Please be aware Casa Libelula is located in a quiet residential area.

Beautiful Ocean View Villa in Costa Rica

Beautiful, private villa with a fabulous ocean view and a secluded, infiniti pool. Very popular villa with both honeymooners and retired people. It is a private subdivision with 30 villas with support from rental managers and other staff. The villa is almost equal distant from both Liberia - LIR and San Jose - SJO airports. I believe it is easier to drive south from Liberia airport on a straight, scenic and paved highway 21.
